The Jessica Lunsford Act, which was signed into law in June 2014, increases penalties of sexual offenders and the people who harbor them.
“Ricci’s Law,” which was approved as P.L. 2009, c.201, revises ignition interlock device requirements for certain drunk driving offenders if their BAC exceeds 0.15%.
The Consumer Access to Health Care legislation, which will allow Advanced Practice Nurses to practice to the full extent of their education and training.
P.L.2015, c.38. which permits attending Advanced Practice Nurses to determine the cause of death and execute the death certification of their patient.
The Child Marriage Ban, which was signed into law June 2018. This bill banned all marriages in New Jersey under the age of 18. New Jersey was the second state in the county to ban child marriage under any circumstances.
